            ABOUT SEAN

 

Health and fitness has always been a big part of my life. Having battled my own weight issues throughout my early teens, I became really interested in exercise and nutrition, reading, trialling and eventually finding my definition of health through proper diet and training programs that always included footy and cricket. Its that experience that made me realise that health doesn't have a one size fits all definition, its a personal choice and means something different to everyone. Using a lot of the knowledge built over the many years of Aussie Rules pre-seasons, the ongoing education required in the fitness industry and the opportunity I have to work with one of Australia's best in my wife, I have achieved some great results for many different people. Its this achievement that has motivated me to further my education and I am currently in my second year of Nutritiion and Dietetics studies at QUT. 

 

 

            ABOUT AMY

 

I began my fitness journey with a career in professional dance and it is from that I have incorporated a slightly different style of functional training that focusses heavily on the importance of a strong core.

When i decided to hang up the dancing shoes, i carried my knowledge and passion for a healthy lifestyle over to personal training, which is even more fulfilling. I get to witness first hand, the goals and achievements of my clients on a daily basis.

Many clients come to me and say "they have tried everything", but most have tried the latest "fad" and given up after a few months. Personal training is about finding something to create a sustainable lifestyle change not a quick fix!
