Our Bootcamps are for Men and Women of ALL fitness levels.
Our 'No Whistles and No Yelling Bootcamps' are not only a great workout, but are also a great way to meet people. We push everyone to their own limits in a motivating and supportive way, so that they can achieve the best out of each session. Numbers are capped to ensure noone is ever 'another number'! If our scheduled session times don't work for you but you are interested in some group fitness options please let us know. We have a number of smaller groups put together based on fitness levels and goals; that train at different times throughout the week both AM and PM.
We offer corporate packages to get your workplace up and moving and living an overall healthier lifestyle. Our "10 week challenge" educates your team in exercise and nutrition in a fun, team building and supportive atmosphere. Often conducted in the workplace or approved parkland spaces throughout Brisbane, the 45 minute to 1 hour sessions are normally done before or after work with some availability for lunch time sessions also. A great way to enhance the dynamic of the team and get fit at the same time!
