Thai Turkey Patties

INGREDIENTS:

500g Turkey Mince

1 egg

1/2 brown onion diced finely

2 cloves of garlic diced

1/2 cup chopped corriander (or 2 tbsp dried corriander flakes)

1 tsp sea salt

1 small zucchini grated (optional)

1 red chilli diced

 

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined

Roll and form each patty to your desired size (approx lrg egg size)

Heat Fry pan with a little seasame oil or olive oil spray

Cook each patty by pressing down  flat and cooking each size approx 5 mins or until cooked through.

 

Enjoy as a snack or serve with your favorite salad for lunch or dinner!
